Training

The club holds regular training sessions run by a qualified coach for free every week.

  • Tuesday, 6am, under the Eleanor Schonell Bride on the uni side (map).
  • Thursday, 6am, under the Eleanor Schonell Bride on the uni side (map).

These sessions are for any riders who want to work on bike handling skills or improve on their current level of fitness. They’re for both experienced and new riders. The sessions are fairly informal and are generally 1 hour in duration. They are a great way to improve your skills and get fit while meeting other club members.

All training sessions are conducted under the guidance of a qualified coach to make sure you get the right information.

Other Training

Various groups of club members organise other training sessions throughout the week and weekend. Get involved in the club and talk to people to find out what suits you.
